DARIA LAGOVSKA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FOUNDER
As a Ukrainian immigrant growing up in the shadows of Chernobyl, Daria has a true passion for the environment and a drive for green energy solutions. She has built a career as an entrepreneurial woman with many successful companies. With a love of everything outdoors – Clean and safe rivers, oceans, beaches, mountains, trails, water and air – Daria decided to focus this experience to advance specific organizations in need of exceptional online services. She brings her expertise in client relations and management, financial and budget oversight, team building and community support.
ROBERT BYRAM
DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
With over 20 years experience in digital media, Robert’s vision is to provide professional digital services to new and existing companies in the sustainable energy industry. He has worked with many companies and non-profits and understands the vital need for a high quality internet presence and ability to engage with the client base. Robert brings an advanced background in website development, graphic design, social media, search engine optimization and more.

NIKOLE BAILEY
BOARD PRESIDENT
Working with nonprofits for over 25 years, Nikole has spent a lifetime helping people that help people. As an African American she has primarily specialized in communities of color and economic hardship, and brings that understanding of true need and experience addressing those difficult challenges. Nikole is fantastic with planning and organization, and will lead our board with framework, defining and achieving specific goals, event management, and team building.
EFREN CARLOS MANZANO
BOARD TREASURER
With a decade of experience in accounting, Efren takes pride in managing budgets and setting realistic financial goals. He has worked extensively with LGBTQ+ organizations and has directed many diverse teams to accomplish sound results. Efren is a visionary and unique optimist on what our organization can achieve, and will handle all of our accounting and pricing models while guiding our staff and board from foundation to future.
ERIC KRUGER
BOARD SECRETARY
As a real estate broker and lecturer, Eric brings a knowledge of networking and customer relations management tools, presentation skills, and a clear vision for helping both new start and existing clients convey a concise message. His teaching background also adds necessary organization for our board.
MISSY TRUMPLER
Missy has been consulting in Sustainability, Energy Management and Efficient Business Operations for two decades. Her knowledge and industry connections have provided a strong foundation to deliver results for clients and colleagues alike. She has hosted two environmentally focused radio shows, developed a comprehensive Green Business Program, and has trained hundreds of professionals from all over the world on sustainability and green building concepts. She also served as Chairman of the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Branch of the US Green Building Council and Officer of the South Florida US Green Building Council Chapter.
